Neko & Co. Return Policy

14-Day Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You will need to provide an order number to request a return. 

To start a return, contact us at support@nekoandco.ca.  Returns should be sent to: us (Edmonton Alberta, Canada). Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval and a return number will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
We recommend returning the original item first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, contact us at support@nekoandco.ca.
