At Neko & Co., we want your order to arrive safely, quickly, and ready for your pet to enjoy. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Some products may take up to 9 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is processed and ready to ship.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We offer standard shipping across Canada, United States and selected international destinations.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Canada: 4–11 business days
    • United States: 5–11 business days
    • International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)
  • Please note these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
  • Some products in your order may ship on different dates and arrive in separate shipments depending on warehouse location.

Shipping fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

DDU Notice
Some orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your package in real time.

Packaging & Care

  • We take special care to ensure all products arrive clean, safe, and in excellent condition.
  • All items are securely packaged to prevent damage and contamination during transit.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@nekoandco.ca. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
